DJG Agent, DJG Chat and djgagent.ai · last updated 31 October 2026

DJG Agent is owned and operated by DJG Projects LLC, and run by Danny. This page says what is collected, why, where it lives and how to get rid of it. Nothing is sold, and there are no ads or third-party trackers anywhere.

DJG Chat (the app and chat.djgagent.ai)

• Your account: your email address, a password hash, and your 2FA settings, so you can sign in. Accounts are created by invitation only.
• Your conversations: the messages you send, the replies, files you attach, and the notes the assistant keeps about past conversations so it can remember them. They are stored on DJG Agent's own server.
• Answering you: to write a reply, your message and the relevant context are sent to an AI model provider through OpenRouter. Those providers process it to produce the answer under their own terms; DJG Agent does not send it anywhere else.
• Notifications: if you turn them on, your device's push address is stored so a reply can reach you.
• Server logs: the web server records requests (IP address, time, page) for security and to keep the service running. Logs are rotated and deleted.

djgagent.ai

• Past downloads: the app is no longer offered for download. If you registered on the download form before 31 October 2026, your name, email, platform and update choice are kept until 24 months after you registered, then deleted. A persei_dl cookie set back then holds only the number of that registration and expires on its own, 365 days after it was set; nothing reads it any more.
• Newsletter: your name and email, only if you sign up or tick the box. They are kept while you are subscribed, and every issue has an unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe, the address is kept for 24 months only so that someone else cannot sign you back up, then deleted.
• Visits: counted from the web server's own logs. Reading the site sets no cookies and runs no analytics script.

Hosted DJG Agent

• Your server: each customer gets a server of their own. Your code, projects, tasks and conversations stay on it, and go only to the model providers you reach through your own OpenRouter key.
• Your account and billing: your email address, the address and region you chose, and your subscription. Payments are handled by Stripe; card details go to Stripe and are never stored by DJG Agent.
• Keeping it running: your server checks in every few minutes with its health: whether the agent is up, which release it runs, free disk space, and whether a model key is set. Never your code, your tasks or your conversations.
• When you leave: your server is stopped when your subscription ends and deleted, with everything on it, 14 days later.

Deleting your data

Write to danny@djgagent.ai and your account, conversations, registration or subscription will be deleted. You can also delete individual conversations in the chat app yourself.

Children

DJG Agent is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
